Packages can be ordered from the Karusport.com web-shop to Estonia and Europe.
You can choose between different modes of transport in our E-shop:
Estonia:

Jet Express courier service (bikes, SUP paddle boards, skis, ski poles) EUR 8, free delivery on purchases from EUR 81
Finland:
Itella (Post) parcel machine EUR 15, free delivery on purchases from EUR 91

Europe:

In the case of the delivery of large goods (bicycles, mountain skis, ski poles, SUP paddle boards, snowboards) outside of the European Union, the customer will be contacted separately, and delivery will be specified.
Return or exchange
When making a purchase from the e-shop, you have the right to withdraw from the transaction without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, and provided that it is possible to return the purchased products within 14 days of making the withdrawal request.
To withdraw from the transaction, send an e-mail to info@karusport.com, subject: “Return” and the name of the product.
The prerequisite for returning the product is a product that is completely unused and that still has all the labels and other documents and invoices that came with the shipment.
Return shipping costs shall be paid by the customer.
Until the receipt of the package, Karusport OÜ cannot be held responsible for the products; therefore, we recommend keeping the document you receive when posting to be used later as proof of posting, and we ask you to choose registered mail as the method of posting, if possible.
RETURN OF AN INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In the event that the product does not correspond to what was ordered or is defective, please notify us immediately, but no later than within 2 months of becoming aware of the non-conformity or defect. Send the corresponding information to the e-mail address info@karusport.com, noting your contact details, the date of purchase, a description of the product defect and the claim you are submitting to us.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
If the size of the ordered product did not fit you and you want to exchange the product, you can do so within 14 days after receiving the order. The product can only be exchanged for another size of the same product, if the desired size is available in stock.
If we are unable to find the desired size for the product that has been returned for exchange, we will notify you by e-mail.
